Mark Ritchie is an experienced litigator with more than two decades of experience, focused largely on commercial litigation and civil appellate practice. He is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, Washington, D.C., the Southern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mark is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Australian Centre for Intenational Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), as well as an arbitration panelist for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC), the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre (NZDRC), and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).
As part of his commitment to staying well-informed on relevant developments, Mark is active member of both the State Bar of Texas and Houston Bar Association sections dedicated to arbitration, international law, and appellate practice, and he maintains active membership in the Texas Bar College. He has published several articles in the HBA Appellate Lawyer and the Texas Bar Journal.
