Mark Ritchie is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and Washington, D.C., the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also licensed as a solicitor for the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

Mark is also a well-qualified arbitrator, admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). He also serves as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and as a panelist for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC), the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre (NZDRC), the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).  He is available to serve as a neutral in both administered and non-administered domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
