Mark Ritchie has been a licensed attorney in the State of Texas since 1997, handling a wide variety of litigation and appellate matters on behalf of hundreds of individuals and businesses. Mark is also admitted to practice in New York and Washington, D.C., and at the federal level he has been granted admission to practice before the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Most recently, he was admitted to practice as a solicitor before the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Mark is also a well-qualified arbitrator, admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). He also serves as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and as a panelist for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC), the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre (NZDRC), the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). He is available to serve as a neutral in both administered and non-administered domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
